We just want to express our appreciation for everything you've done to help us buy this beautiful condo for our daughter! Joanne was incredible to work with. Without her constant assistance we never could have made this happen, as we live out of state. From choosing flooring and coordinating wall color, to referrals to lenders and meeting time constraints to qualify for tax incentives, she was always there to make it happen. When we finally arrived in Dublin, we were awestruck at how beautiful the condo and development is. Everything far exceeded our expectations! The classic, traditional curb appeal of the condos, ponds with lighted fountains, beautifully groomed grounds, a private gym and pool, there isn't anything else we could have hoped for. Sitting inside the condo and on the balcony is so therapeutic staring at the blue water and sounds from the fountains. There is tremendous attention to detail inside and outside.
