This coverage is needed because the Condo Association Insurance covers the condominium building exteriors, common areas and liability insurance for the association. A complete listing of all items covered by the Association is included in the condominium bylaws and declarations.

Yes. There are currently no restrictions on pets in this community other than you may not breed dogs anywhere on the property.
