WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS FOR RESERVING AND PURCHASING A UNIT?
We require a deposit of $1,995 to reserve a unit. This gives you the exclusive right to enter into a contract within 10 days. This deposit is refundable if you do not enter into a contract within this time frame. If you do enter into a contract, we require an additional down payment of $2,000 or 50% of upgrades, whichever is greater. We do not require any more money until closing.

I RENT AT AN EDWARDS COMMUNITY IS THERE ANY ADDITIONAL BENEFITS THAT YOU OFFER?
If you have rented from an Edwards Community, please check our RENT TO OWN PROGRAM. You can apply a substantial percentage of the rent you pay at an Edwards Apartment Community towards The Broadway Condominiums that can be used as a down payment. Rental credits are limited to 3 years and credits may not be used if a real estate agent or broker is receiving a commission from a transaction at The Broadway. Ask for details.
WHAT DOES YOUR BUILDERS WARRANTY COVER AND HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
We offer a 1 year warranty on all interior items and finishes in your unit.
WHAT IS CONDO INSURANCE AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?
Condo Insurance covers the contents of your condominium (such as additions, alterations, wall fixtures, floors, ceilings, doors and windows), personal belongings, and personal liability for your unit. This coverage is needed because the Condo Association Insurance covers the condominium building exteriors, common areas and liability insurance for the association. A complete listing of all items covered by the Association is included in the condominium bylaws and declarations.
ARE PETS ALLOWED AT THE BROADWAY?

Yes. There are currently no restrictions on pets in this community other than you may not breed dogs anywhere on the property.
